Summary / Abstract:
ENThe paper analyses the processes of personal responsibility and duty delegation in seeking to reveal and estimate their peculiarities and tendcnccs and pointing out how to use and improve that. This allows to increase the efficiency of business organization activities. Besides, the author aims to analyse the criteria of duty estimation, to indicate the advantages of duty delegation, to identify the obstacles duty delegation implementation, to foresee the ways of its optimization.
