Summary / Abstract:
ENMain purpose of this article is to raise and to argue for a scientific problem the essence of which are difficulties pertaining to ISO. 9000 series standard quality systems and their implementation. Given three premises according to which implemented quality system should become for the organization a motivator for TQM are exposed to the contraries. This controversy serves as the basis to derive a scientific problem from elucidated area and to substantiate that problem in the way of refutation of the criticism towards the premises mentioned above.
