ENThe article deals with the problems of constitutionality, which are of current concern in the context of scientific works of prof. M. Römeris. A particular focus is made on the connection between theoretical propositions and doctrine of contemporaiy constitutional justice as it has been formulated in the scientific works of prof. M. Römeris. The importance of the works of the scientist in the establishment of legal status of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania is revealed.
