Summary / Abstract:

ENThe dynamic growth ofprivate sector in Lithuania is one of the most important processes that influenced the development of the country in recent years. The aim of this article is to disclose the peculiarities, application and problems of privatisation process in Lithuania carried out from the standpoint of the state. The study includes investigation of privatisation development and speed in Lithuania and other countries and ascertainment of the main privatisation problems together with theoretical decisions implementation in privatisation process. The specific conditions and the legal environment of privatisation process in Lithuania is analysed and realisation of opportunities of different privatisation methods are defined. Finally, the results of modelling the influence of privatisation in different stages of systematic changes in the country are presented.
