Innowacyjność krajów bałtyckich: potencjał i bariery

ENInnovation is widely considered as a key factor in the development and building a competitive advantage in the modern economy. The experience of the EU countries shows that only economies that can create and disseminate innovation can achieve success. The European Commission recognizes promoting and supporting innovative activities of the Member States as one of the priority objectives of economic policy. The aim of this paper is to present the results of a comparative analysis of innovation changes in the Baltic countries in comparison to other EU countries in the last eight years. In order to achieve the goal, analytical scheme used in the European Innovation Scoreboard reports has been used.
