ENLentvaris estate manor park is still the semantic features of the parks of the end of 19th century historic times and the creative elements of the park's author E. André (1840-1911) are easy to trace. Although the park is significantly neglected, its preserved authenticity and valuable qualities give hope that the possibility of restoration is not lost. The aim of the article is to provide a general analysis of the historical and artistic development of the Lentvaris Manor House and the Park, which was supplemented by the previous investigations and publications, as well as new facts, to analyze the aspects of the research, to submit evaluations and summaries and recommendations (proposals) for implementation of the manor house with the park's conservation and management solutions. Adhering to the principle that the park is to be considered as an integrated, evolving structural element of the urban system, a spatial unit that has not only a physical expression but also a social role, a variety of purposes and operational capabilities, the authors have attempted to analyze the aspects of the interaction and evaluation criteria of the park as an object of landscape architecture, which connects various parts of the architectural complex (ensemble) and urban context and it’s development. The Lentvaris Manor ensemble is to be valued as a unitary landscape architectural object, determined by the interaction and harmony of nature and architectural expression. The significance of this ensemble should be perceived in the context of the whole city of Lentvaris, by looking for urban connections and links from a strategic vision of the city to specific restoration solutions for the ensemble. The vision of the city of Lentvaris should be based on the following strategic choices and criteria: functional and aesthetic integrity, artistic expression, durability of natural structures, priorities of values of landscape, the interaction of functions. The essential practical requirement is to prevent the falling and dying elements of the Lentvaris Park's decoration and equipment. The cliffs, stone stairs, water flow decoration and equipment elements - thresholds, stone dumps and dams, waterfalls - finally, the preservation of the great grove is an essential prerequisite for the preservation of the cultural heritage and the most important task.
