ENThe author replies to the two articles published in Kultūros barai 2017 No 10 that are critical of normalizing the dialects. But who is trying to put Lithuanian language in a cage? Can it happen under conditions of independence? So why the authors of these two articles provide such an interpretation. The process of normalization of Lithuanian dialects goes on for 135 years. Polemical notes.
