Reakrecinių kompleksų darnios plėtros vertinimas

LTDisertacijoje nagrinėjamos darnios rekreacinių kompleksų, o taip pat ir jų esminės sudėtinės dalies – nekilnojamojo turto, plėtros vertinimo, taikant darnumo vertinimo sistemą, problemos. Pagrindiniai tyrimo objektai yra darnios nekilnojamojo turto plėtros, esminės rekreacinių kompleksų dedamosios, darnumo vertinimo sistemų analizė ir vertinimas. Rekreaciniai kompleksai pasirinkti todėl, kad darni nekilnojamojo turto plėtra neatsiejama nuo kompleksų kūrimo. Pagrindinis disertacijos tikslas yra sukurti rekreacinių kompleksų nekilnojamojo turto darnumo vertinimo modelį.

ENThe dissertation deals with the problems of assessment of development of recreational complexes (RC) as well as of real estate, the integral part thereof, applying SAS. The main objects of research are the analysis and assessment of assessment systems of sustainable real estate development, which is the essential component of RC. Recreational complexes have been selected since the sustainable real estate development is inseparable from their construction. The main aim of the dissertation is to create a real estate sustainability assessment model for recreational complexes.
