От "земель" к "великим княжениям" : о тенденциях политического развития в Восточной Европе XIII-XV вв.

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas Rytų Slavų žemių teritorinis – politinis pokytis XIII a. – XV a. Tyrinėjami visų rusų bei lietuvių kunigaikščių įvykdyti teritorijų prijungimų būdai. Šių prijungimų įvykdymas nepriklausė vien nuo Maskvos ir Lietuvos politikos. Netgi jei Aukso Orda neinicijavo Rytų Europos teritorinių pokyčių, jos vaidmuo šiame procese buvo reikšmingas. Maskvos ir Lietuvos kunigaikščiai buvo labiau sumanūs nei kiti valdovai, siekiant naudos iš pasikartojančių žemės padalijimų. ENThe article deals with the territorial-political changes that took place in the East Slavic lands between the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries. The author studies the mechanics of all the annexations (primysly) of territories performed by Russian and Lithuanian princes. It becomes clear that these annexations were not due to Muscovite and Lithuanian policies alone. Even though the Golden Horde did not initiate East European territorial changes, its role in the process was significant. The Muscovite and Lithuanian princes were more skillful than other rulers at making use of the repeated subdivision of the land. [From the publication]
