Summary / Abstract:
ENThe significance of human capital in today's hyper-competitive environment is tremendous and undoubted. The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of human capital in the value creation process in the relation with other key national indicators and to assess their impact on the GDP indicator taking the case of Lithuania. The performed analysis has showed that the rate of human capital value vary in the different countries. In order to properly utilize the highly skilled human capital it is required an appropriate material economic development, within is characterized by the value of fixed assets and the materials consumed.
