ENThe publication is devoted to one of the most ancient documents, which indicate on activity of the court of magistrate in Grodno. This latin writing out, dated 1549 year, which is stored actually in the Manuscript Department of Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Science. The authors cite not only the text of the original document, but Belarusian translation.
