Summary / Abstract:

LTVerslumo ugdymas nagrinėjamas įvairiais teoriniais aspektais užsienio ir Lietuvos mokslininkų darbuose. Įvairūs autoriai pripažįsta, kad verslumo ugdyme reikia pereiti nuo mokymo prie mokymosi ir sukurti mokymosi aplinką kiek galima artimesnę realiam gyvenimui. Tai pasiekti galima taikant netradicinius mokymo(si) metodus, tokius kaip vaidmenų žaidimai, darbas komandose, verslo imitavimas ir kitas aktyvias mokymo(si) strategijas. Straipsnyje analizuojamas imitacinių verslo įmonių (IVĮ), padedančių ugdyti studentų verslumo gebėjimus, veiksmingumas. Pristatomas tyrimas, kuriuo atskleidžiami imitacinės verslo įmonės modelio ypatumai studentų požiūriu, išryškinami teigiami ir neigiami verslumo ugdymo aspektai imitacinėje verslo įmonėje. Imitacinės verslo įmonės veiksmingumui įvertinti panaudotas Kirkpatrick modelis, kurio esmę sudaro tai, kad mokymo programa vertinama keturiais lygiais: studentų reakcija į ugdymo(si) programą, įvykusiu mokymusi, po mokymo atsiradusia elgsena ir rezultatais. ENThe article analyzes the effectiveness of Simulation Business Enterprises (SBE) which encourage students to develop entrepreneurial skills. The research present the features of Simulation Business Enterprises model in students’ point of view. Positive and negative aspects of the entrepreneurship education in the Simulation Business Enterprise were highlighted. Kirkpatrick model was used for the effectiveness evaluation of Simulation Business Enterprise. Essence of this model is that the study program has to be evaluated at four levels: by measuring students’ reaction to the study program, the learning process that occurred, the behaviour aroused after the learning, the results that were achieved after learning. The aim of the study is to determine the effectiveness of Simulation Business Enterprises by using Kirkpatrick 1998 model. Research methods were used: data were processed by using SPSS 14 program also they were analyzed and interpreted in a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the research are: students’ reaction to Simulation Business Enterprises is positive. Students’ learning process it means entrepreneurship education using Simulation Business Enterprises model has occurred. Students’ behaviour has changed: in the end of the training entrepreneurship education has improved statistically significant. The learning results showed that Simulation Business Enterprise model is appropriate form for the students’ entrepreneurship education and it will be useful for the students in the creation their own business, for the work in existing company and for common understanding about an enterprise.
