Klaipėdos rajono mokyklų 7–9 klasių mokinių su rūkymu susijusio elgesio ypatybės 2013 metais
LTRūkymo ypatybių tyrimai pradedant šiam įpročiui formuotis svarbūs planuojant profilaktines priemones. Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti 7–9 klasių mokinių rūkymo ypatybes, svarbias planuojant profilaktines priemones Klaipėdos rajono mokyklose. Tyrimo medžiaga ir metodai. 2013 m. atliktas Klaipėdos rajono 7–9 klasių mokinių, 577 berniukų ir 428 mergaičių, tyrimas. Apklausai naudotas išplėstas 2001 m. tarptautiniame tyrime Lietuvoje taikytas Pasaulio jaunimo rūkymo klausimynas (angl. Global Youth Tobacco Survey, GYTS). Rezultatai. Nustatyta, kad 68,9 proc. berniukų ir 60,3 proc. mergaičių bandė rūkyti, tačiau per pastarąsias 30 dienų cigaretes rūkė atitinkamai 25,3 proc. ir 22,3 proc.; rūko namuose – 15,5 proc. ir 10,3 proc.; mokiniams cigarečių parduotuvėje buvo parduota neatsižvelgiant į jų amžių – 64,8 proc. ir 66,6 proc.; 56 proc. ir 55 proc. respondentų vienas ar abu tėvai rūko; 22,3 proc. ir 17,7 proc. mokinių beveik visi arba visi artimiausi draugai rūko. Mokykloje per pamokas įvairios informacijos apie rūkymą gavo 41,4–54,3 proc. berniukų ir 42,2–49 proc. mergaičių. 2013 m. Klaipėdos rajono mokyklų 7–9 klasių mokinių rūkymo paplitimas buvo mažesnis negu nustatytas 2009 m., atliekant trečiąjį GYTS tyrimą Lietuvoje. 2013 m. nustatyti 7–9 klasių mokinių rūkymo ir su rūkymu susiję mokinių elgesio rodikliai patvirtina kompleksinių profilaktinių mokymo priemonių būtinumą Klaipėdos rajono mokyklose. Šių ypatybių pakartotinis tyrimas gali atskleisti kompleksinių rūkymo profilaktikos priemonių mokykloje efektyvumą. ENThe studies of smoking peculiarities in its early formative stage are very important for the planning of preventive measures. This study aim was to identify smoking characteristics of the 7-9th grade students, important for planning of preventive measures in Klaipėda district schools. The materials and methods. The survey of the 7-9th grade students (577 boys and 428 girls) was conducted in 2013 in Klaipėda district. An expanded questionnaire, adapted for international project – the Global Youth Tobacco Survey (GYTS) in 2001, was used for the survey. The results. It was found that 68.9 percent of boys and 60.3 percent of girls have tried smoking, but in the last 30 days smoked cigarettes 25.3 and 22.3 percent; smoking at home – 15.5 and 10.3 percent; students who buy cigarettes in a store, were sold regardless of age, respectively 64.8 and 66.6 percent; 56 and 55 percent of the respondents, one or both of the parents are smokers; 22.3 and 17.7 percent of the respondents almost all or all of their closest friends smoke. At school, during the lessons, a variety of information about smoking was received by 41.4 to 54.3 percent of boys and by 42.2 to 49.0 percent of girls. The identified prevalence of smoking among the 7-9th grade students in Klaipėda district schools in 2013 was smaller than in the third GYTS survey in Lithuania in 2009. However, the indicators of smoking and smoking-related student behaviour, identified in 2013 among the students of the 7-9th grades, confirm the necessity of complex preventive measures in Klaipėda district schools. The repeat study of these characteristics can reveal the effectiveness of the complex smoking prevention measures at schools. [From the publication]
