Vaikų globos namų auklėtojų nuostatos dėl vadovų pozicijos sprendžiant profesinę problemą
LTStraipsnyje analizuojamos vaikų globos namų auklėtojų nuostatos dėl vadovų pozicijos, kai jos sprendžia problemą, kilusią profesinėje veikloje. Taikant apklausos raštu metodą apklaustos Lietuvos vaikų globos namų auklėtojos. Atskleistos skirtingos tirtų auklėtojų nuostatos dėl vadovų elgsenos, kai jos sprendžia profesinę problemą. Pažymėtina, kad nuostatų raiškai turi įtakos tirtų auklėtojų išsilavinimas. ENThe article aims to analyze director’s possession regarding the tutor’s professional decision-making as scientific problem in the children foster home. The objective of the study was to determine the attitudes of tutors to the director’s possession of solving the problematic cases within the foster house. The study sample included 159 educators, randomly selected within 10 foster houses from Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Jonava, Utena, Kėdainiai. Ukmerge, Anykščiai, Molėtai. Totally 154 questionnaires were analyzed as 5 male respondents were excluded during the data processing. Contingent covered by educators with high tutor level (71.4%), certified with old pattern diploma of higher (29.2%) and high (26,6%) education with more than 15 years (19.5%) more than 20 years (44.2%) work experience. The attitudes of the tutors to director’s possession of professional problem solving was analyzed using Raven (Šąaak, 2000) scale which is consisted of nine statements by marking the subjective preferable behavior within the problematic situation.Respondents were able to mark more than one scale statement on the director’s possession. The study disclosed the following results: 1. Approximately half of tutors are hopeful to receive the director’s support while professional problem occurs in the children foster houses. 2. Most of the tutors perceived that they as employees as well as their efforts while solving the professional problem would not be adequately evaluated. 3. The problem of unrealized tutors’ expectations of social justice exists due to the management gaps of the educational foster houses. Tutors with higher level of education were also more likely linked to be autonomous regarding the management of educational foster houses. [From the publication]
