Current functionings of Lithuanian authorities concentrated around the act on the language and the educational act are being judged by the Polish side as the manifestation of the discrimination, resulting from complexes of Lithuanians. Lithuanians are accusing Poles of the egocentrism. In the end relations Poland and Lithuania are formed by a ratio to the Polish minority in Vilnius.
