ENThis chapter focuses on cluster management capacities in order to strengthen business performance management, and remain competitive and innovative enterprises in global markets. Enterprises tend to maintain financial sustainability which is one of the key elements for successful cluster development. Also it is essential to emphasize the importance of customer management and networking in clusters. These aspects are crucial for strengthening linkages between cluster members. Successful cluster management rely on cluster management competencies. The empirical research in this chapter reveals the cluster management competences needed and the competence gaps in selected Lithuanian clusters.
