Summary / Abstract:
ENIn modern Ukraine interest in the history of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania is growing, including economic aspects. Its economics governed so by customs as by legal provisions embodied in legal acts. Analysis of the domestic studies on legal economic regulation has shown that modern Ukrainian historiography (historical and legal historical ones) of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania considers the legal regulation of the land relations, a registration and inheritance of real estate, the property rights, the obligations maintenance, the forest consetyation, the trade, the taxation and customs relations, benefits with varying degrees of detailization.
