Apklausos taktikos ypatumai tiriant cigarečių kontrabados nusikaltimus

ENThe article analyses the aspects of the interrogation tactics applied in cigarette smuggling cases. Among the acts performed in the course of investigation of criminal offences, interrogation is the most frequent act conducted on a number of occasions in each criminal case the results whereof in the form of statements are used on multiple occasions when drawing up the act of indictment. Cigarette smuggling is a complex phenomenon and all those who are responsible for the control of the cigarette smuggling phenomenon, are facing great challenges. The objectives may be achieved and fulfilled only through the integral approach to work and comprehensive attitude towards the cigarette smuggling phenomenon. The article contains the analysis of specific cigarette smuggling cases, including the results of interviewing the officers about the interrogation of suspect and the witness as a separate act of the pre-trial investigation.
