ENBorn globals it's globalization phenomenon. Small companies can easily compete with much bigger players on international markets and achieve often better results using its limited resources. Such companies are born all over the world and operating owing to the innovations and easy access to the information sources using Internet. Their emerging and development are determined by certain economical aspects such as access to investment capital, information infrastructure, access to technologies and quality of human capital. Such conditions were analyzed in Lithuania and Poland, in both aspects: economical indicators and the examples of operating of born global companies in those countries.
