Į gyvenimo kelią palydint (gimnazisto Mykolo Jankausko atminimų albumas)

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas prof. Mykolo Jankausko (1905-1999) atminimų albumas, 1923-1925 m. funkcionavęs Panevėžio vyrų gimnazijoje. Remiantis šiuo atminimų albumu ir kitais šaltiniais, straipsnyje atkuriamas M. Jankausko klasės ir gimnazijos mikroklimatas, turėjęs įtakos albumo svečių atrankai. M. Jankausko atminimų albume fiksuojami 59 įrašai, iš jų - 55 atminimai. Albumas, peržengdamas vienos klasės ribas, dėl savininko aktyvios užklasinės veiklos pasiekė ir žemesnės (7) klasės draugus bei Panevėžio mergaičių gimnazijos moksleives. Straipsnyje išskleidžiama atminimų albume vyraujanti atminimų vidinė struktūra ir jų teminė įvairovė, nustatomos bendrosios mados tendencijos ir individualizuoti sprendimai. Kuriant atminimus išbandytos tradicinės jų pateikimo strategijos, bet būta ir savitumų, kuriuos, manytina, suformavo gimnazijos mokytojai Matas Grigonis ir Juozas Zikaras. Tarp atminimų pasitaiko rečiau sutinkamų dienoraščio išrašų ir preciziškų piešinių plunksnele. Šiame albume kūrybinį kelią pradėjo vėliau žinomi rašytojai Kazys Inčiūra, Jonas Graičiūnas ir Benediktas Rutkauskas. Pasitelkus lyginamąjį metodą, pavyko užčiuopti lietuviškosios albumistikos tradicijų tąsą ir transformacijas nuo XIX a. pabaigos iki XX a. pirmosios pusės.

ENThe friendship album of gymnasium student Mykolas Jankauskas (1905-1999) in the period of 1923-1925 had circulated in Panevėžys Mens Gymnasium. 59 entries, 55 of them friendship wishes, by 42 persons had been recorded. Thanks to an active extra- curricular (scout, literary, theatre) activities of its owner the album had reached several students in the lower grades and female students at the Panevėžys Girls’ Gymnasium. The guests to the album tended to emphasize their relation with the owner of the album; therefore, they would often note that they were class mates; the fact that they had had the same ideas or shared the same desk was indicated less often. Typical presentation strategies had been used to present the friendship wishes. However, there had been some special features too; they are believed to have been formed by teachers at the gymnasium Matas Grigonis and Juozas Zikaras. The friendship wishes usually were written according to a well-established formula by starting an entry with For the Memory! Among the entries of friendship wishes less common excerpts from diary or precise drawings with a pen are found. Writers Kazys Inčiūra, Jonas Graičiūnas and Benediktas Rutkauskas that became known later had begun their creative path in this album. Excerpts from diaries have stood out in the album as they were uncommon in the Lithuanian album tradition. The comparative method has allowed to grasp the continuity of the Lithuanian album traditions and their transformations from the end of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century.
