Šalies ūkio plėtra: visuotinės kokybės vadyba
LTLietuva įtraukta į globalizacijos procesus ir ryžtingai siekia integruotis į Europos Sąjungą. Tačiau šiam naujam šalies plėtros etapui reikia ypač gerai pasiruošti - iš esmės pagerinti Lietuvos ūkio funkcionavimo kokybę. Mums būtina įdiegti Europoje ir visame pasaulyje vartojamus kokybės vadybos metodus ir juos vartoti atskirų ūkio subjektų ir visos šalies plėtros strategijų formavimo procesuose. Siame straipsnyje pateikti kokybės vadybos tyrimo rezultatai pasauliniu, Europos ir nacionaliniu lygmeniu, išryškinama šiuolaikinės vadybos koncepcijos - visuotinės kokybės vadybos - vaidmuo šalių ir pasaulio regionų konkurencingumui, jų plėtros strategijoms. Remiantis šiais tyrimų rezultatais, formuojami Lietuvos valdžios institucijų kokybės vadybos uždaviniai.
ENLithuania has strong aspirations to join the EU. This new stage of development requires improving the quality of Lithuanian economy functioning, The article discusses and presents the benefits of implementing TQM in various countries of the world, its expansion tendencies in the 21 century and the quality politics and program of the European Union. The premises for the realisation of the philosophy and methods of TQM are inherent to the National Quality Program of Lithuania. Therefore management, financing and realisation of the Program should be improved in essence. From the material presented above it can be concluded that implementation of TQM is the most important factor for the economy development policy of many countries in the world. Thus the Lithuanian Seimas, government and the presidential institutions should follow the world’s progressive examples in this field. It is urgent to stimulate the growth of the economy of Lithuania, to increase the competitiveness and to make Lithuanian economy more attractive to the investors.
