Tvarios vertės kūrimas inovacijų valdyme

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamos tvarios vertės kūrimo galimybės inovacijų valdyme. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas yra ištirti vertės kūrimo galimybes tvariame inovacijų valdyme ir jų ryšį su finansinio stabilumo rodikliais pritaikant daugiakriterinio vertinimo metodą MULTIMOORA. Straipsnyje nagrinėjami tvarumo ir inovatyvumo teoriniai aspektai, analizuojamos vertės kūrimo galimybės tvariame inovacijų valdyme, nagrinėjami pagrindiniai daugiakriterinio vertinimo metodo MULTIMOORA teoriniai aspektai, analizuojama dešimties pasirinktų Europos šalių santykinė padėtis tvaraus vystymosi, inovatyvumo lygio ir finansinio stabilumo aspektais. Gauti rezultatai apibendrinami ir interpretuojami. Tyrimas parodo teorinės hipotezės apie tvarumo, inovatyvumo ir finansinio stabilumo tarpusavio priklausomybę, tačiau, praktiškai pritaikius daugiakriterinio vertinimo metodą MULTIMOORA, to pagrįsti nepavyksta dėl gautų nevienareikšmių rezultatų.

ENThe article analyzes the possibilities of sustainable value creation in innovation management. The main goal of the paper is to explore the possibilities of value creation in sustainable innovation management and their relationship with financial stability indicators by applying multicriteria assessment method MULTIMOORA. The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of sustainability and innovation, analyzes value creation possibilities in sustainable innovation management, analyzes the main theoretical aspects of the multicriteria assessment method MULTIMOORA, analyzes the relative position of ten selected European countries in terms of sustainable development, level of innovation and financial stability aspects. The obtained results are summarized and interpreted. The study demonstrates the theoretical hypothesis of interdependence between sustainability, innovation and financial stability, but, in practice, applying MULTIMOORA's multi-criteria evaluation method, it is not possible to justify it because of the mixed results obtained.
