Perdegimo sindromo pasireiškimo dirbantiems asmenims tyrimas

LTStraipsnio temos aktualumą lėmė tai, kad Lietuvoje apie „perdegimo“ sindromą žinoma labai mažai. Iš vienos pusės taip yra todėl, kad „perdegimo“ sindromas laikoma nerimta problema, iš kitos pusės, šio sindromo tyrimai pakankamai neseniai pradėti pasaulyje, paprasčiausiai dar nepasiekė tokių pačių mastų mūsų šalyje. Straipsnyje aptariamas ir analizuojamas „perdegimo“ sindromas, jo atsiradimą lemiantys veiksniai bei jų įtaka privataus ir viešojo sektoriaus Lietuvos įmonių darbuotojams.

ENThe relevance of article was determined by the fact that in Lithuania there's very little known about burnout syndrome. On the one hand this is due to that burnout syndrome is considered as not serious problem at all, but on the other hand, the researches about this problem started recently in the world, so it simply has not yet reached the same proportions in our country. This paper discusses and analyzes the burnout syndrome, the occurrence of influencing factors and their influence on the public and private sector employees in Lithuanian companies.
