Civilizacijų susitikimas: Sabos karalienė ir Saliamonas

LTAntropologiniu požiūriu straipsnyje tyrinėjamas Sabos karalienės ir Saliamono susitikimas kaip civilizacijų sandūros ir civilizacijos lemties motyvas, atskleidžiantis daugialypes ir anachronistines vaizdinių sąveikas pasaulinės kultūros istorijoje. Grindžiama antropologine metodologija mitologinio motyvo analizė atskleidžia vaizdinio ir jo suvokimo modelių judėjimą iš vieno civilizacinio pasaulio į kitą ir parodo, kaip žmonijos minties paveiksluose ir kūryboje susitinka praeitis ir dabartis, vyksta Rytų ir Vakarų civilizacijų dialogas, supinantis istorinę tikrovę ir kultūros atmintį. Gvildenant civilizacijų sąveikas vaizduotės istorijoje, atskleidžiama Senovės Jemeno civilizacijos ir Sabos karalystės istorija, istoriniai Pietų Arabijos ryšiai su Vakarų pasauliu, biblinio motyvo apie Sabos karalienę ir Saliamoną genezė, mitologinio motyvo ryšys su Artimųjų Rytų vaizduote bei motyvo metamorfozės Vakarų meno istorijoje. Aptariant istorinius ir vaizduotės sluoksnius, archeologinę tikrovę ir mito raidą, išryškinamas istorinės praeities gemalas ir jį apgaubusios meninės iliuzijos, susijusios su mentaliteto istorija. Vizualinėje ir metaforinėje kalboje išryškintos daugialypės Rytų ir Vakarų sąveikos leidžia aptikti ne tiesioginius Rytų ir Vakarų sąryšius, o vaizduotėje susiformavusių vaizdinių kompleksus, kuriuose atsiskleidžia esminiai mentaliteto bruožai ir įvairios civilizacijų gyvenimo potekstės. ENFrom the point of anthropology the article investigates the meeting of Sheba and Salomon as the artistic motif of junction of civilisations and the metaphor of destine revealing various and anachronistic interactions of images in the history of the world culture. The anthropological methodology discloses how mythological motif and its images moved from one civilisation to the other and explains how past and present meets in the mental and artistic pictures where the East start a dialog with the West interlacing historical reality with the memory of culture. Discussing the interactions of civilisations in the history of imagination the study discusses the historical past of Yemen civilisation and the kingdom of Sheba, analyses the relations of ancient South Arabia and western world. The article reveals the genesis of the biblical motifs of the meeting of Salomon and the queen of Sheba explaining how it is related to near East imagination and displaying the metamorphoses of the image of the queen of Sheba in western art history. Discerning the layers of history and imagination, anthropological reality and mythical evolution, the article reveals the germ of historical past and the artistic illusions it is enveloped with. The manifold interactions of East and West in visual and metaphoric languages discloses the existence of non direct influences between East and West, in imagination developed visual complexes which reveals various implications of the life of civilisations.
