Konteinerių terminalų poveikio konteinerių krovos rodikliams jūrų uostuose vertinimas

LTRinkos globalizacijos tendencijos sudarė palankias sąlygas krovinių srautų intensyvumo augimui Baltijos jūros regione. Krovinių srauto dydžiui didelę įtaką daro krovinių gabenimo konteineriuose tendencija, kuri kasmet padidėja apie 6,6 %. Aktualu palyginti KVJU ir Gdansko (Lenkija) konteinerių krovos terminalų veiklą, nes ji turi įtakos viso jūrų uosto konkurencingumui, ir numatyti galimybes sustiprinti KVJU konkurencinę poziciją tarp Baltijos jūros uostų. Šiame straipsnyje analizuojama konteinerių krovos superstruktūra, lyginami konteinerių krovos rodikliai KVJU ir Gdansko jūrų uoste; išskiriami pagrindiniai veiksniai, turintys poveikį konteinerių krovai; įvertintas konteinerių terminalo veiklos poveikis uosto krovos rodikliams; prognozuojama KVJU ir Gdansko uosto konteinerių krovos dinamika.

ENThe main idea is the description of the logistic chain structure, the assessment of multi-modal transport system role in the competitiveness of seaports and the identification of the main factors, which have strong impact on the handling results of container terminal. In the work of handling process optimization there is a logistic chain structure explored. Also the specification of container terminal activities is defiened as well as the importance of container terminal in the port is revealed. The authors compare two Baltic Sea region seaports by containers handling and classify impact factor by the characteristic such as infrastructure, superstructure, recourse planning and management, optimization possibilities. The results show, that container terminal productivity depends on technological progress, investment, combined and optimized trucks and ships scheduling, and increasing number of partners.
