Žvilgsnis į komediją su žibintu rankoje: Martino McDonagho "Pagalvinis"
LTAirių kilmės dramaturgo Martino McDonagho pjesė „Pagalvinis“ apima žanro, fikcijos, kūrėjo atsakomybės bei meno moralumo problemas. Jos nagrinėjamos tiek šiuolaikinės dramaturgijos, tiek Aristotelio „Poetikos“ kontekste. Taip galiu išskirti šiuolaikinio teatro bei pjesių savitumus: nors žiūrovas atpažįsta vaizduojamą fikciją, iš jo reikalaujama įsitraukti į veiksmą ir reaguoti. Spektaklio laikas tampa žiūrovo gyvenamuoju laiku, o scenoje matomas smurtas bei ironija išduoda jo sąmoningumo momentus. Apie pjesę, kurią 2006 metais Jaunimo teatre pastalė režisierius Jonas Vaitkus, rašo Augustė Žičkytė.
ENThe play "The Pillowman" by the Irish playwright Martin McDonagh (b. 1970) reveals some of the problems of the genre, the responsibilities of the artist, and artistic morality. They are examined both in the context of contemporary drama, and in the context of Aristotle's Poetics. In this way, it is possible to identify several features of contemporary theatre and drama: even though the audience knows it is not real, their involvement and reactions are expected. The time of the performance becomes the audience 's living time, and the violence and irony that are seen on the stage betray its moments of consciousness. Augustė Žičkytė writes about this play, which was put on by Jonas Vaitkus at the Youth Theatre in 2006.
