Kokybės vadybos sistemos įgyvendinimo modelis
LTIšnagrinėjus kokybės vadybos sistemos teorines prielaidas, ištyrus ir nustačius jų problemas, pateiktas kokybės vadybos sistemos įgyvendinimo modelis grūdų perdirbimo įmonėse. Šis modelis sėkmingai realizuotas AB „Jonavos grūdai“ ir jį galima pritaikyti visose įmonėse, siekiančiose ISO 9001 standarto. Straipsnyje aptarti pagrindiniai modelio įgyvendinimo žingsniai.
ENQuality Management System implementation model resulting from the analysis of theoretical assumptions for QMS, identification and research of QMS implementation problems is presented in grain processing companies. The presented model is successfully implemented in Joint-Stock Company “Jonavos Grūdai” and can be applied in similar companies striving for ISO 9001 certification. In this article the main steps of the implementation model are considered. It is found out that QMS implementation is a complex work requiring intense common efforts of the management ant the employees in decision-making. The presented model would allow the company to shorten project implementation time, reduce implementation costs and promote the implementation process among all employee levels granting adequate readiness for required activities. The initial steps of QMS implementation are most important for the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process. While applying the model no step omitted or the importance of a separate process can be underestimated.
