Tematyka lituanistyczna w wydawnictwach instytutu naukowo-badawczego Europy wschodniej w Wilnie (1930-1939)
ENThe Institute was acting in Vilnius in 1930-1939. It has edited the annual "Rocznik Instytutu Naukowo-Badawczego Europy Wschodniej w Wilnie", the bulletin "Balticoslavica" and books. The Publishing House of the Institute published some works dedicated to Lithuania. In the "Rocznik...", the articles of Władysław Wielhorski, Teodor Nagurski and Antoni Wiskont (Antanas Viskantas) were devoted to some problems of politics and economy of Lithuania. In "Balticoslavica" the articles of Polish and foreign scientists (Ernst Fraenkel, Jan Safarewtcz, Stanisław Wcstfal) were published on the properties of Lithuanian language and its ties with Slavic languages. While in the book series is published the studies of Jan Otrębski on linguistics, Witold Dynowski on ethnography, Seweryn Wysłouch on history of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. These publications brought a significant contribution to the knowledge of Lithuanian history, culture, politics and economy.
