ENInnovation is a complex issue. The innovation should be understood as the ability and motivation of enterprises for seeking and using new ideas in practice, of conception, of inventions. The main subject of the article is to analyze the situation of e-commerce market in Lithuania. It is accompanied by the presentation of basic concepts and definitions of e-services. Particular attention was paid to the influence and nature of knowledge in the modern economy. Then have a rough idea - the information society. An analysis of the level of development of Lithuanian enterprises innovative activity based on such indicators as the scope of universal access to electronic communication services, expenditure on R+D sphere and to review the sources of information used in innovative activity. Develop enhanced with statistical and graphic interpretation of the various groups of data. In conclusion we may say that the article is an introduction to the e-commerce world trade and shows the level of development of this business in Lithuania.
