ENIn his paper, Mieczysław Jackiewicz discusses Lithuanian literature in Vilnius in the 1930'. He presents the activities of a magazine from the interwar period. „Przegląd Wileński“ [Vilnius Review], edited by Ludwik Abramowicz (1879-1939), which published articles about Lithuanian culture and since the beginning of the 1930 also included translations of local poetry and prose. Jackiewicz, shows a suggestive image of Vilnius as the most significant Lithuanian centre in Poland of that time, through which Poland had access to information about the culture and literature of our neighbouring country.
