Summary / Abstract:

ENThe article discusses cultural defense ant closely connected with that cultural motivated crimes category. In this article the author is trying to answer the question if the cultural defense must be justified by giving practical examples of cultural motivated crimes and cultural defense. The article identifies the main features of cultural motivated crimes and cultural defense, including the possible consequences when it is done wrongly. Furthermore, the article tries to reveal the pros and cons of cultural defense. Finally, the opinion that the cultural defense in many reasonable cases might be justified is presented.
