Summary / Abstract:

ENThe deprivation of the “Rusian” (Old Belarusian) official language of Chancellery of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania of an ethnic fundamentals reaches a deadlock in reasonings. Official language was not borrowed from outside. This language had ethnic substation on a territory of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
