ENThe Article systemizes and compares personality traits, values, and behaviors by designing the theoretical model able more effectively to prognosticate behavior. The analysis of empirical research on personality, values, and behavior in the various scientific fields were revealed via empirical data which showed the possibility of creating a single valid test system sufficient to increase predictability of individual’s behavior in the military system on the basis of theoretical model. In these study personality characteristics is based on Costa and McCrae 5-factor theory (1992) described, although the theoretical analyzes and other options were involved as well. This particular model was chosen to describe the interfaces as Lithuania has already adapted techniques allowing a sufficiently reliable assessment of research statistics. In this article in order to demonstrate the value of statistical relations the most empirically reliable Schwartz’s model (1992) was selected which has been analyzed by more than 20 countries. Analyzing and comparing these personality traits and values and patterns studies of Olver and Mooradian (2003), Schwartz (2002), Bandura (1978 , 2009) , Gage and Berliner (1993) were invoked. Moreover, Maslow (2006), Gage and Berliner (1993), Conley (1985), Pedersen and Reynolds (1998), Parks and Guay (2009), Illies et al. (2005) with their scientific research works on personality’s behavior were also analyzed in the research of this article.
