Summary / Abstract:
ENThe article analyses one of the subjects of the professional legal sports relations – agent of a professional sportsman’, its status in the Lithuanian legal system. The concept of the professional sportsman’ representative, agent, is being transfered to the Lithuanian legal system from the international sports law. Therefore this article is written based on the practice of the United States of America by analysing the most popular agency methods in sports.
