Беларуская грамата XV стагоддзя: дароўны ліст княгіні Марыі намесніку віцебскаму Івану Ільінічу на сяльцо каля ракі Друць

LTBaltarusijos nacionaliniame istorijos archyve esama dokumentų, susijusių su Lietuvos Didžiosios Kunigaikštystės didikų Iljiničių gimine. Kai kurie iš jų ankstyvi, datuojami XV a. Šiame straipsnyje aptariamas vienas iš tokių dokumentų – kunigaikščio Fiodoro Fiodorovičiaus žmonos Marijos ir jos vaikų raštas, kuriuo Vitebsko vietininkui Jonui Iljiničiui dovanojamas kaimas prie Drucės upės (tiksli signatūra: f. 694, ap. 4, b. 1903, l. 8). Aptariamos dokumento fizinės, paleografinės savybės, turinys, antspaudai, datavimas, taip pat pateikiamas transkribuotas dokumento tekstas, dokumento originalo, vandenženklio ir antspaudų fotokopijos. Dokumentas parašytas ant popieriaus lapo, kurio formatas – 21,5 x 19 cm. Popieriuje esantis vandenženklis – jaučio galva. Dokumentas rašytas rusėnų kalba, greitraščiu. Jis publikuojamas skirstant tekstą į žodžius ir sakinius, naudojant šiuolaikinius skyrybos ženklus. Žemiau dokumento teksto buvo pridėti du antspaudai, iš kurių išliko tik vienas – dokumento liudininko kunigaikščio Vasilijaus Grigorjevičiaus antspaudas. Pačiame dokumento tekste nenurodyti kai kurie svarbūs duomenys. Neminima, kodėl nuspręsta padovanoti Jonui Iljiničiui kaimą, taip pat nenurodomas paties kaimo pavadinimas, dokumento surašymo vieta ir data. Sprendžiant pagal dokumento vandenženklį, dokumentas buvo rašytas XV a. aštuntame arba devintame dešimtmetyje. Atsižvelgiant į visą turimą informaciją apie Jono Iljiničiaus karjerą, dokumentą galima apytiksliai datuoti 1478–1486 m. Tikėtina, kad jis buvo rašytas Drucke, jo apylinkėse arba Vitebske.

ENIn Belarusian national history archive, there are documents, related with the Iliniczowie family of nobles of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Some of them are early, dated in 15th century. In this article, one of those documents – the letter by duke Fyodor Fyodorovich' wife Maria and her children, is discussed (exact reference: f. 694, ap. 4, b. 1903, l. 8). In the letter, the village by the river of Drucė is gifted to Vitebsk vicegerent Jonas Iljinič. Physical, palaeographical features, content, stamps, dating of the document are discussed as well as transcribed text of the document, photocopies of original document, watermark and stamps are presented. The document is written on 21.5 x 19 cm format paper. The watermark in the paper – the head of ox. The document is written in Ruthenian language, in tachygraphy. It is published by dividing the text into words and sentences, using contemporary punctuation marks. Below the text of the document, two stamps were added, one of which remained – the stamp of the witness of the document Duke Vasilij Grigorjevič. In the text of the document, there are no indications of some important data. It is not mentioned, why it was decided to gift the village to Jonas Iljinič, also, there is no name of the village, the place and the time of creation of the document. Judging by the watermark of the document, it was written in the eighth or ninth decade of 15th century. Taking into account all the information about the career of Jonas Iljinič, the document can be dated approximately in 1478 – 1486. It is possible that it was written in Drutsk, in its region or in Vitebsk.
