O litewskich przyimkach złożonych

ENThe purpose of this paper is to present some problems concerning Lithuanian compound prepositions. The problem wasn't thoroughly studied so far, also Lithuanian grammar doesn't carry out classification of these parts of speech. Certain pair of compound preposition, is už and iš anapus, described by the grammar's authors as a synonyms, in most cases cannot be applied interchangeably, but there is no information, concerning contexts, in which specific preposition is allowed to apply. Such a laconic description could lead to ambiguities, as one cannot rely on such a specification when learning Lithuanian as a foreign language. More detailed information would surely enable learner to avoid some lexical mistakes.
