Naujas makroekonomikos vadovėlis Lietuvos universitetų ekonominių specialybių studentams : recenzija

LTVadovėlyje „Makroekonomika ekonomikos specialybių studentams“ tarpusavyje dera gili mokslinė analizė, praktikos svarba, dėstymo patirtis. Autorių kolektyvas stengėsi tikslinti verslo terminiją, kuri lietuvių kalboje kol kas nėra pakankamai tobula, todėl vadovėlis gali būti naudingas ne tik studijuojantiems ekonomikos teoriją, bet ir ekonomistams-praktikams, kuriantiems ekonomikos politiką. Jis reikalingas universitetų ekonomikos, vadybos bei socialinių mokslų fakultetų studentams, kadangi atitinka aukštesniojo lygio vadovėlio reikalavimus, bei naudojamas kitų fakultetų mikro- ir makroekonomikos studijose. Svarbiausias dėmesys vadovėlyje skiriamas šiuolaikinio rinkos ekonomikos mechanizmo funkcionavimo dėsningumų ir pagrindinių požiūrių analizei. Nors rinkos mechanizmas kiekvienoje šalyje turi savo ypatybių (susijusių su istorine šalies raida, demografija, kultūra, socialinėmis, politinėmis ir gamtinėmis vystymosi sąlygomis), ir jos yra akivaizdesnės silpniau išsivysčiusiose rinkos ekonomikos šalyse, nesumenkinamas ir valstybės vaidmuo. Plačiai analizuojama valstybės ekonominė politika, kurios įtaka šalies ekonomikos raidai gali būti ir diskutuotina. Europos integracijos ir globalizacijos procesai apibūdinami iš pozityvinės pusės, jų poveikis analizuojamas daugeliui ekonomikos sričių ir rinkų, tačiau pasigendama kritiškos antiglobalistų argumentų analizės. ENThe textbook “Macroeconomics for the Students of Economics Specialities” combines a deep scientific analysis, importance of practice and experience of lecturing. The collective of authors attempted to make the business terminology, which is not yet perfect enough, more precise, therefore not only the students of theory of economics, but also practicing economists, who create the economical politics, may find the textbook useful. It is required for the students of faculties of economics, management and social sciences of universities, as it complies with the requirements of the higher level of textbooks and is used in the studies of micro- and macroeconomics of other faculties. The focus is put in the textbook on the analysis of the consistent patterns of functioning of the modern mechanism of market economy and of major approaches. Although market mechanism has its own properties in each country (related to historical evolution of the country, demography, culture, social, political and natural development conditions), and they are more evident in less developed countries of market economy, the role of the state is not underestimated. In-depth analysis is made with respect to economical politics of the state, the influence of which on the development of economics of the country may be argued. The European integration and globalisation processes are defined from the positive side, their effect is considered in respect of a number of fields of economy and markets, however the analysis of critical antiglobalists’ arguments is missing.
