LTŠeštasis Lietuvos istorijos bibliografijos tomas, kitaip negu ankstesnieji, buvo rengiamas bendradarbiaujant su Herderio instituto Marburge (Vokietija) Vidurio rytų Europos istorijos bibliografijos duomenų bazės www.litdok.de kūrėjais, ir medžiaga iš karto skelbiama šioje bazėje. Kaip ir ankstesniuose tomuose registruojama Lietuvoje ir užsienyje paskelbta Lietuvos istorijos medžiaga ir ankstesnių metų papildymai (1609 įrašai).
ENThe sixth volume of the Bibliography of the History of Lithuania, unlike the earlier volumes, was prepared in conjunction with the creators of the database for the Bibliography on the History of East Central Europe at the Herder Institute in Marburg (Germany, www.litdok.de) and the material was published at once in this database. The Lithuanian history material, which has been published in Lithuania and abroad, as well as additions to the material from earlier years (1609 entries) has been registered in the same way as in the earlier volumes.
