Informacinė visuomenė ir postmodernistinė kūryba
LTPamąstymų tikslas – sugretinti informacinės visuomenės ir postmodernistinės kūrybos realijas. Straipsnyje klausiama, ar nesieja jų priežasties ir pasekmės santykis. Daroma prielaida, kad būtent informacinė visuomenė, tiksliau – nepaprastas informacinių technologijų pasklidimas bus sudaręs sąlygas atsirasti postmodernizmui kaip meno ir mąstymo stiliui. Svarstoma, kaip ir kodėl tai atsitiko, ir ar galėjo būti kitaip. Informacinė visuomenė – tokia visuomenė, kuri gali ir moka naudotis informacija. Tačiau tokia visuomenė yra idealybė. Būtent informacinės technologijos verčia ne tik kalbėti apie informacinės visuomenės formavimąsi, bet ir sąmoningai, nuosekliai ir atsakingai tokią visuomenę kurti. Žinių pasaulyje informacijos yra daug ir jos nuolat daugėja, tačiau darosi vis aiškiau, kad neįmanoma visomis žiniomis disponuoti ir jomis pasinaudoti. Todėl vis dažniau abejojama vadinamuoju pažintiniu optimizmu pagrįstomis didžiosiomis praeities sistemomis. Nuolatinis vaizdų ir informacijos srautas suardė tikėjimą tomis sistemomis. Prie šio proceso prisideda ir postmodernistinis menas, kurio specifiniai bruožai apžvelgiami šiame darbe. Apibendrinus apmąstymus teigiama, kad informacinės technologijos, išbalansavusios XX a. pabaigos meno kūrybą, sukėlė tam tikrą sumaištį ir kitose kūrybos srityse – mokslinėje, filosofinėje. Sugrįžtama prie kultūros vystyklų, į pradžią, arba, kitaip tariant – į pabaigą.
ENThe aim of the reflections is to reconcile the information society realities and postmodern creation. This article analyses a link among a cause and effect. As assumed, the information society or the extraordinary dissemination of information technologies will build and create conditions dedicated for art and kind of thinking that are attributed to postmodernism. The consequences are still being considered, whether it could have been different. The information society is reflected as a type of societies that can access and is able to utilize information in all the ways. Due to this fact, this kind of society brings ideality itself. Information technology forces to highlight the formation aspect of the information society, however, it prioritizes the fact of creation significance for this particular society, based on consistency, consciousness and responsibility. There is a massive amount of information in the knowledge world with a constant increment. However, a clear picture indicates the impossibility when disposing the utilization of all the accumulated knowledge. Therefore, cognitive optimism-based systems of the past are being increasingly questioned. The constant flow of images and information has destroyed a belief in these systems. Postmodern art plays a contribution role in this process that leads to a specific overview of this work. The summary of reflections indicates the impact of information technology as a cause for chaos in the art work of the late 20th century, including scientific and philosophical areas of creativity. On the other hand, it brings back to the cultural origins and its whole beginning together with the end at the same time.
