Narkomanijos prevencijos pedagoginės prielaidos

LTStraipsnyje išsakomos kai kurios idėjos, kurios galėtų tarnauti tyrimams, skirtiems naujai narkomanijos prevencijos strategijai parengti. Bene pirmasis žingsnis – susitarti, kokia reikšmė priskirtina prevencijos terminui, tai yra apibūdinti šią sąvoką kaip pedagoginę. Iš čia viena esminė prielaida – prevencijos proceso nenutrūkstamumas: narkomanijos prevencijos programa turi būti skirta bent dešimtmečiui. Dar viena prielaida – atsižvelgimas į amžiaus ypatumus. ENThe article outlines some ideas that could serve for the research of the development of a new drug prevention strategy. The first step is to agree on the meaning attributable to the definition of prevention, i.e. to describe this definition as a pedagogical one. Prevention of children and teenagers drug addiction is considered as a public order for educators. Not only theory, but also the whole world practice of education testifies the relevance of the realisation of this assumption. The situation is more and more often encountered when the norm “do not say false” is related to the positive norm to follow the given word, public promise, oath, etc. It is becoming increasingly clear that the problem of crime prevention is not solved by prohibitions, intimidation, and punishment, that its basis is the experience of the educator's positive behaviour. One of the most important preconditions for this is the continuity of the prevention process: the drug prevention program must be devoted to at least a decade. Another premise is taking into account of age characteristics. One of the most effective means of overcoming drug addiction is the therapeutic community — a more or less closed community of persons addicted to drugs whose members help each other overcome their disabilities.
