Šeimos istorijos įtaka bendram domėjimosi istorija procesui

LTStraipsnio tikslas - supažindinti skaitytojus su keletą metų kartotos studentų apklausos, kuria siekta išsiaiškinti, ar respondentai domisi savo giminės istorija ir kiek šis susidomėjimas sietinas su bendru domėjimusi istorija, rezultatais. Klausimynai buvo sudaryti taip, kad išryškėtų, kokie veiksniai lėmė domėjimąsi giminės istorija, kurią giminės liniją (agnatinę ar matrilinijinę) respondentai žino geriau ir kodėl, ar glaudūs ryšiai su giminaičiais, kiek šeimos istoriją sugebama sieti su bendra Lietuvos valstybės ir tautos istorija. Apklausoje dalyvavo VPU (dab. LEU) studentai. Išanalizavus ir palyginus gautus atsakymus paaiškėjo, kad genealoginės sampratos puoselėjimas šeimoje, domėjimasis istorija turėjo įtakos, tačiau nėra lemiamas faktorius pasirenkant būtent istorijos studijas. Daroma prielaida, kad istorikai daug skeptiškiau žiūri j pasakojimus apie giminės kilmę ir nėra taip tvirtai įsitikinę, kad namuose akcentuota šeimos istorija gali pažadinti bendrą norą domėtis istorija, nei filologai ar būsimi pradinio ugdymo specialistai. Istorikų gebėjimai sieti giminės istoriją su tautos ir pasaulio istorija nelabai skiriasi nuo filologinių specialybių studentų gebėjimų. Itin nežymus giminės istorijos svarbos skirtumas. Manymas, kad giminės istorijos žinojimas gali padėti suvokti bendrąją istoriją, būdingas abejoms grupėms. Lyginant bendrus šeimos istorijos žinojimo aspektus išskirtina, kad sutvarkytus šeimos archyvus turi daugiau istorikų šeimų. Remiantis šiais statistiniais duomenimis teigiama, jog šeima turi ugdyti domėjimąsi šeimos praeitimi.

ENThe aim of the article is to introduce the readers with the results of a student survey that was repeated several years and aimed to reveal if respondents are interested in their family history and how this interest is connected with the general interest in history. The questionnaires were prepared so that factors, like what determined the interest in the family history, which family line (agnatic or matrilineal), the respondents know better and why can be determined. Also if there is a close relation with the family and how much of the family history can be related and connected to the history of Lithuania and the history of the nation. Vilnius Pedagogical University (VPU) (now Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences (lith. LEU)) students participated in the survey. After analysing and comparing the responses, it was revealed that the fostering of the genealogical concept in the family and interest in history had influence, but it was not the determinant factor in choosing history studies. An assumption is made that historians have a more sceptical view on the stories about the origins of the family and are not so convinced that an emphasized family history can awaken a general desire to be interested in history. Philologist and future educational specialist share this opinion. The ability to connect the family history with the history of a nation or the world are not so different from the abilities of the philological students. There is an insignificant difference in the importance of the family history. The opinion that knowing the family history can help to understand the general history is shared in both groups. Comparing the general aspects of knowing the family history, it can be highlighted that historian families have a bigger number of managed family archives. Based on this data it is stated that family must cultivate an interest in the past of the family.
