Tyrinėjimai Pamėnkalnio g. 7

LT2005 m. atlikti archeologiniai tyrinėjimai ir žvalgymai sklype Pamėnkalnio g. 7/8, buvusio „Pergalės" kino teatro pastato aplinkoje. Archeologiniai tyrinėjimai atlikti apie 200 m² dydžio plote prie pastato ŠR ir PV fasadų, kur buvo statomi požeminiai statiniai. Archeologiniai žvalgymai atlikti apie 750 m² plote renovuojamų inžinerinių tinklų vietoje, taip pat vietose, kur kultūrinis sluoksnis buvo visiškai arba dalinai sunaikintas archeologams nedalyvaujant. Tyrinėjamas sklypas yra istoriniame Lukiškių priemiestyje [p. 338].

ENArchaeological investigations were carried out in the plot located at the Pamėnkalnio Str. 7 in the Vilnius historical suburb of Lukiškės. The plot was situated next to ancient roads / streets leading to the centre of Vilnius from the Lukiškės Suburb (including the riverport) and more distant locations. According to the finds the earliest horizon of the cultural layer discovered dated to the 15th century. Artefacts of the 16th - 17th century and structural remains dating to the 19th century were discovered as well.
