Žemės ūkio darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimo modelis
LTŠiame darbe nagrinėjama žemės ūkio darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimo modelio kūrimo problematika. Analizuojamos modelio kūrimo sąlygos ir reikalavimai. Aptariamas valstybės vaidmuo sprendžiant šį klausimą, pateikiamos svarbiausios šalies agrarinės politikos nuostatos. Darbe suformuluoti reikalavimai, kuriuos turi tenkinti šiomis sąlygomis kuriamas pasiūlos ir paklausos modelis. Pateikiami strateginio planavimo modelio taikymo teoriniai pagrindai, atskleidžiant formavimo proceso svarbą, įvertinant objekto stipriąsias ir silpnąsias puses. Taip pat pateikiamas darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimo modelis, pritaikytas Pasvalio rajono pavyzdžiu bei suformuluotos kaimo gyventojų užimtumo didinimo priemonės.
ENThe problems of the creation of coordination model of supply and demand of agricultural labour resources are analysed in this paper. The conditions and requirements of the creation of the model are described. The role of the government, while solving this problem, is discussed as well. The paper presents the main attitudes of our state's agrarian policy. The requirements that should be met by the model, created under such conditions, are formulated in the article, Theoretical basics of the applying of the model of strategical planning, while revealing the importance of the formation of the process and evaluating the weak and strong points of the object, are produced. That is how the model of the supply and demand of labour resources is produced.
