ENThe important factor of population quality improvement is morals. Owing to morals healthy, educated, honest, recognize norms of law and morals people are build up. In this article are discussed about preliminary perception of morals, connection between morals and conscience and ethos. In this article are analyzed the situation of morals and laws relations in Lithuania, are disclosed the necessity to influence the formation process of morals. With that end in view need to use known people authority, to organize discussions widely. The forms of argumentation are presented, also are presented its effective employment possibilities. Discussions with arguments enable a chance to reach an agreement. Turn attention that there are two levels interest and aims in a sense.
