Moterų integravimosi į veiklos pasaulį problemos Europos Sąjungoje

LTStraipsnio tikslas yra išaiškinti, kokios yra svarbiausios dabartinės moterų integravimosi į veiklos pasaulį problemos Europos Sąjungos šalyse. Tyrime naudotasi mokslinės literatūros analizės ir lyginimo metodais. Demografinių, socialinių ir ekonominių pokyčių pasėkoje moterų užimtumas ryškiai padidėjo visame pasaulyje. Tai sąlygojo paslaugų sektoriaus ir dalinio užimtumo plėtra, kintantys socialiniai ir asmeninio gyvenimo lūkesčiai. Moterų integravimąsi į veiklos pasaulį pirmiausia sąlygoja objektyviai biologinės ir su jomis susijusios psichologinės, socialinės, edukacinės ir kitos determinantės. Europos Sąjungos ir kitose pažangiosiose valstybėse per pastarąjį šimtmetį pavyko pasiekti reikšmingų rezultatų moterį diskriminuojančių nuostatų švelninimo ir moters lygiateisiškumą įteisinančios įstatymų leidybos srityse. Vis dėlto neįmanoma pakeisti tai, kas užprogramuota pačios gamtos, ir dabartinės moterų ir vyrų lygiateisiškumo (psichologinio, teisinio, socialinio) įtvirtinimo pastangos nedavė tokių rezultatų, kokių tikėtasi. Motinystės atsisakymas ar jos nukėlimas į vis vėlyvesnį laiką, vaikų ugdymui skiriamas tik atliekamas nuo karjeros laikas ir pan. yra rizikinga ne tik ateinančiųjų kartų, bet ir visos europietiškosios kultūros egzistencijai. Apžvelgti tyrimai rodo, jog moterų ir vyrų lygiateisiškumo įtvirtinimo problemos Europos Sąjungos šalyse yra tyrinėjamos ir praktiškai sprendžiamos. Lietuvoje ši problematika turėtų tapti integruotu įvairių sričių mokslininkų tyrimų ir praktinių problemų paieškos lauku.

ENThe aim of the article is to ascertain the most important problems of integration into the world of work for women in the countries of European Union. In the research, the methods of the analysis and comparison of scientific literature are used. In the result of demographic, social and economic changes of the employment of women have markedly increased in the whole world. It was influenced by the development of service sector and partial employment, the changing social and personal life expectations. The women integration into the world of work is firstly influenced by objective biological and related with it psychological, social, educational and other determinants. In the European Union and other advanced countries in the last hundred years significant result were reached in the areas of mitigation of the women discrimination attitude and the legislation of equal rights of the women. However, it is impossible to change what is programmed by the nature itself. Today’s efforts to consolidate equal rights (psychologic, legal and social) of women and men gave no such results it was hoping for. The refusal of motherhood and its postponement to more successive time, the time for the nurture of children is only left after the career and etc. are risky not only for the next generations but also for the whole European culture existence. The reviewed researches show that the consolidation problems of equal rights of women and men in the European Union countries are studied and practically solved. In Lithuania, these problems have to become a search field of integrated researches by scientists of various areas and practical problems.
