Kairių poligono rekreacinio potencialo panaudojimas turizmo vystymui
LTRekreacijos vystymas urbanizuotose teritorijose, o ypač didžiuosiuose miestuose tampa labai aktualia problema. Miestuose vystoma statyba labai sumažina arba visiškai panaikina žaliąsias, rekreacines erdves. Tai aktualu ir Klaipėdos miestui. Nors miestas yra įsikūręs prie Baltijos jūros. Salia yra gamtinės teritorijos, tačiau pietinės miesto dalies gyventojai savo kasdieninius rekreacinius poreikius gali tenkinti tik šiaurinėje miesto dalyje (Girulių giria, Pajūrio regioninio parko teritorija). Pietinėje miesto dalyje yra gan svarbūs Klaipėdos miesto gamtinio karkaso elementai; Kuršių marios, Vilhelmo kanalas, Kliošių miškas, Kairių gamtinė teritorija, tačiau tas potencialas nėra visiškai išnaudojamas.
ENThe development of recreation in urban areas is getting a relevant problem. Moreover, it is important to the city of Klaipeda. Despite the fact that the city is situated next to the Baltic Sea and there are natural areas, there is a lack of recreational zones for the leisure of citizens. The analysed territory of Kairiai military training ground is situated in Priekule community, western part of Klaipeda district. Territory neighbours with Klaipeda city in the North. Military training ground is situated since 1948 and was intensively used till 1993. Kairiai military training ground covers area of 670 hectares and the training area cover 2630 hectares. It has lots of recreational recourses, it is being visited by recreants, and however, the infrastructure of the territory is not adjusted and is of a bad quality. In order to assimilate more effectively and optimally the analysed territory for the recreational needs of public, it is important not only to evaluate recreational recourses and the opportunities of their assimilation, but also coordinative solve problems related to the tourism development of it. When solving questions of this area, there were resolved three main underlying aspects of the development: the optimization of military activities; the recreational development priorities, principles and ways of the development of the infrastructure and urbanization.
