Spėjimų mozaiką dėliokime kartu: du tekstai, papildantys memorandumą VLIK'ui "Lietuvių-žydų santykių klausimu"

LTPublikuojami du tekstai, kurie papildo memorandumą Vyriausiajam Lietuvos išlaisvinimo komitetui (VLIK) „Lietuvių-žydų santykiu klausimu“. Memorandumą publikavo istorikas A. Eidintas žurnale „Kultūros barai“ (2000 m. 8/9 numeryje), kur atkreipė dėmesį į tai, kad memorandumo rengimo aplinkybės ir autoriai nėra tiksliai žinomi. Šio straipsnio autoriui pavyko nustatyti tris memorandumo bendraautorius. Pirmasis - S. Lukauskaitė-Jasaitienė. Jos 1946 m. gegužės 15 d. pranešimas VLIK`ui tekstas aptiktas Putname, Jungtinėse Amerikos Valstijose. Aštuonių mašinraščio puslapių palyginimas su Eidinto parengta memorandumo publikacija atitinka ir nekelia abejonių, kad Lukauskaitės-Jasaitienės rengta medžiaga buvo įkomponuota į bendrą VLIK`o dokumento tekstą. Šis tekstas, matyt, yra pirmoji medžiaga apie žydų gelbėjimą Lietuvoje, kur nurodomos žydų gelbėjimo problemos ir konkretūs gelbėtojai. Čia detaliai aprašomas žydų gelbėjimas Šiauliuose, kur teksto autorė kartu su vyru D. Jasaičiu aktyviai dalyvavo gelbėjimo darbuose. Kiti memorandumo bendraautoriai – tuometinis VLIK`o pirmininkas M. Krupavičius ir A. Kalvaitis. Memorandumo baigiamasis skirsnis „Lietuvos-žydų santykiai ištremtyje“ tikriausiai buvo parašytas remiantis jų 1945 m. lapkričio 29 d. susitikimo žydų komitete „pro memoria“ tekstu. Todėl, remiant Eidinto tradicija pateikti visuomenei nežinomus dokumentus, publikuojami šie du archyviniai tekstai.

ENTwo texts are published, and they add to the memorandum for the Supreme Committee for the Liberation of Lithuania (VLIK) "The question of relations between Lithuanians and Jews" (Lithuanian: Lietuvių-žydų santykiu klausimu). The memorandum was published by historian A. Eidintas in a magazine "Kultūros barai" (2000, 8/9 issue), where he drew attention to the fact that the circumstance of creating the memorandum and the authors are not clear. The author of the article managed to determine three co-writers of the memorandum. The first one was S. Lukauskaitė-Jasaitienė. Her 1946 May 15th text for VLIK was found in Putnam, United States of America. Eight typewriter pages match the memorandum publication that was made by Eidintas, and there are no doubts that the material by Lukauskaitė-Jasaitienė was added to the full document text by VLIK. This text is probably the first material about saving Jews in Lithuania, where the problems of saving Jews and specific saviors are mentioned. The saving of Jewish people in Šiauliai is described in detail, and the author of the text has actively participated in the saving works together with her husband D. Jasaitis. The other co-writers of the memorandum are M. Krupavičius, who was the head of VLIK at that time, and A. Kalvaitis. The final section of the memorandum "The relations between Lithuania and Jews in exile" (Lithuanian: "Lietuvos-žydų santykiai tremtyje") was probably written based on the text of their 1945 November 29th meeting in the Jewish committee "pro memoria". That is why these two archive texts are published based on Eidintas' tradition to provide unknown documents for the public.
