ENThis article discusses the main problems, instruments and methods of transformation of the economic policy of the post-communist East Europe countries against a background of globalisation and others, so called, megatrends of modem world development and in connection with the process of European integration. On the grounds of analyse of the conducted reforms results a valuation of the macroeconomic situation of those countries has been made with a special regard to the economic growth.
