ENStock and share trade significantly increased at Vilnius Stock Market during recent years. Thus, the purpose of this research paper is to analyze stock trade tendencies and reasons behind these changes. The price of the stock as well as other bonds and shares depends on the risk and the norms of the anticipated profit from the investors. But other type of tendencies are noticeable in today's stock market as well. First of all, Lithuania became a member of the United Baltic Stock Market. This enabled the growth of the financial operations in the Capital Market. According to the authors of this research paper the price of the shares and bonds in the Stock Market grows faster than the profit of the stock holder companies. Lithuanian investors prefer to invest more often into the local market even though the United Baltic Stock Market was created.
