LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjami ES fondų lėšomis finansuojamų projektų išorės ir vidaus audito Lietuvoje tikslai, procedūros bei ypatumai. Analizuojama ES struktūrinių fondų paramos priežiūra bei valdymo vertinimas. Nagrinėjami struktūrinių fondų veiklos rezervai. Analizuojamos struktūrinių fondų valdymo ir kontrolės organizavimo procedūros. Apžvelgiami vykdomų projektų vidaus audito atlikimo etapai, planavimas, ataskaitos parengimas, pagrindiniai paramos lėšų vidaus audito testai ir procedūros. Tiriami vidaus audito kontrolės ir finansinės informacijos tikrinimo testai. Pateikiami pasiūlymai struktūrinių fondų audito tobulinimui.
ENLithuania gets great support from the EU funds after the integration of the country into the European Union. External and internal audit is one of the most important factors that allows for the implementation and control of projects financed by the EU funds. The main objective of this paper is to view and to estimate the role of external and internal audit of projects financed by the EU funds and to present the main procedure of the internal audit in Lithuanian companies. In order to achieve this objective the main tasks have been set out: to define the main evolution aspects of external and internal audit of projects financed by EU funds in Lithuania; to indicate the main stages of external and internal audit of projects financed by EU funds; to analyze and to compare the methods and procedures of internal audit of projects financed by EU funds and to indicate the main points of audit work papers. The main method of the paper is the analysis of scientific literature. The deductive and inductive methods have been also applied.
